We’re pleased to say that we don’t have a dedicated customer service team: because we’ve never felt the need for one.
That’s not because we’re faultless! It’s because when we do make mistakes we believe it’s better that the member of our team that got it wrong works with you to put it right.
In this way, we find we can react quicker (no-one sitting in the middle slowing things down) and it’s helpful for us to hear your comments first-hand as we genuinely value your feedback.
