Critical Path

We have Group Share Critical Path systems in place to track all of our pre-order, QA testing, purchasing, production, and delivery processes. This system bridges to our Opera system to give us instant access to up-to-the minute information so that we can accurately manage tasks throughout the supply chain.

Consequently, the team can fully focus on their orders and ensure any issues are immediately noted in time for appropriate action to ensure we hit our deadlines.

We understand how important it is to work with you to meet your deadlines.  As such our buyers, merchandisers and import team are also integrated in to our critical path processes (indeed, they're all in the same area of our open-plan office), so that deadlines are delivered.  This is particularly true for our hard working imports team who can respond quickly to shipment issues perhaps caused by weather related delays.
